Red-veined Sorrel

One of the most visually distinctive plants we grow. Bright green leaves laced with vivid red veins make it as much a design element as an ingredient. The flavour is bright and lemony with a pleasant tartness. Use sparingly as a finishing leaf — a few leaves go a long way on a composed plate or dessert.
