Delivery Policy

How it works

We deliver twice a week — Tuesday and Friday. Everything is harvested on the morning of your delivery day and brought straight to your door, so what you receive is as fresh as it gets.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to selected suburbs across Wellington, Petone and Lower Hutt. Check the delivery map on our subscriptions page to confirm we cover your area before placing an order.

Minimum Order and Delivery charges

There is no minimum order required. Delivery is free on orders of $30 or more, a $6.00 delivery fee applies for smaller orders.

If you're not home

If you won't be in on your delivery day, please leave a cooler box with an ice pack at your door so everything stays fresh until you're back. We're unable to take responsibility for orders that have deteriorated because no cooler box was left out.

If a delivery couldn't be completed due to access issues or an incorrect address, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a solution.

Changes and cancellations

You can pause, adjust or cancel your subscription at any time. Any changes to an upcoming delivery need to be made at least one day before the delivery day. After that, your order will already be in progress.
