Mizuna Microgreens

Feathery, delicate leaves with a pleasant mustard flavour — sharper than rocket but not harsh. Adds texture and a little heat to salads and finished dishes. The delicate fronds also make it one of the more visually interesting microgreens on the plate. Use in salads, ramen, noodle dishes or anywhere you want a little heat without overpowering other flavours.
