Micro Fennel

Fine, delicate fronds with a clean, sweet anise flavour — milder than the bulb but unmistakably fennel. Slow-growing and better suited to picking at than harvesting all at once. Use as a finishing herb over fish, seafood or roasted vegetables, or anywhere you want a subtle anise note without overpowering the dish.
