Green Sorrel

Bright, lemony and tangy — sorrel's sharp acidity makes it surprisingly useful in the kitchen. Young sorrel is tender and less astringent than the mature plant and the live tray is perfect for picking at. Use with sauces, dressings, with fish or eggs, or as a finishing leaf where you want a clean acidic lift.
