Fava Bean Shoots

Fava shoots are among the larger, more substantial microgreens, with a mild, fresh legume flavour and crunchy texture. A good source of plant protein. Works well as a feature green on the plate. Try them in grain bowls, alongside hummus, or as a feature green on a composed salad or mezze plate.
