Radish (purple & green)

Crisp stems and a bold, peppery punch — one of the more assertive microgreens. Available as Purple, Green or a duo-mix of Purple & Green for a splash of contrasting colour. Good for cutting through rich flavours on the plate, and high in vitamin C. Use to cut through rich or fatty dishes — great with smoked fish, eggs, or anything creamy.
