Micro Shungiku (chrysanthemum)

Also known as chrysanthemum greens, shungiku has a distinctive aromatic flavour — herbal and slightly bitter, with a floral edge that sets it apart from most other greens. Shungiku has an attractive serrated leaf and is a staple in East Asian cooking, particularly in hotpots, stir-fries and noodle soups.
